Querie about videocard for my pc

myself rishabh live in c8/258 yamuna vihar delhi-53mobile no9999093573 giving u an example of we care 4 u

i have purchased a hcl computer[v003]from yamuna electricals .many games are not accepting by my pc. Whenever i try to start games it shows a message saying PLEASE INSERT VIDEO CARD FIRST.But i can play games from those CDs on another hcl pc.please suggest me what to do
