Poor Service

Dear sir/mam,

As I had bought laptop of your company HCL last month, bt we are neither satisfied with the laptop nor with the service. Laptop is showing some problems such as display problem. That is occuring again and again even after servicing.

so I request you to take some action regarding the problem as soon as possible.
