Replacement of Monito

I was facing problem with my HCL's TFT monitor. Since it was under warranty period, I was told that it will be replaced and for that I have to submit defective monitor at their service center. I submitted my monitor at their service center on 17/09/10 and till now I am waiting for the monitor. Everytime I call them, they tell it will be done in next 1-2 days but this day never comes. To contact at cutomer care is another horrible experience.
