Delay in service

Dear Sir,

I am N.Sairam, residing in Srirangam, Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu. I have registered a complaint with JR communications, Tiruchirapalli for servicing my HCL Desktop system on 13.12.2010 at 10.30 am. Till now (14.12. 6.00 pm), they have attend the call. When I approached them personally, I found that the complaint was registered and I got a most irresponsible reply. Please advise them to carry out the work properly.
