I have purchased HCL me netbook with sl no. 9101AE193270 on 6th Nov. The battery is not charging. It has been informed to HCL service centre. They said the battery is not working and will send new one. Whenever we ask, we have demanded it will come. When we ask the customercare they tell to call 1860 1800 425. Nobody attends and if attends most of them drops the call unanswered.
It is very pathetic. I should know when they will be able to replace the battery.
