Dear Sir,
I have ordered a laptop online on 29th dec they have told me you will get laptop within 7 working days. After 10 workings days, I have called them they told me that you will get your laptop b/w 25th Jan to 29th Jan. Since they have delayed to send me my laptop they have told me you will get Reebok jacket as a compensation. I have received my laptop on 29th jan.
From the first day I have received my laptop it is not at all on a working state. My new laptop is not working from the date i have received. I have called them more than 15 to 20 times ask them to lodge a complaint they have lodge a complaint, but on the base of complaint they never revert me back properly. Complaint no (291110160 on dated 29th Jan and 052110018 on 5th Feb), but they didn't provide me proper solution.
I asked them to take this laptop and send me new laptop, but they are not able to say anything.
My current laptop state is the date I have purchased I have never used my laptop.

First Complaint Date 291110160 : 29th Jan No action taken
Second Complaint 052110018 : 05th Feb person come to house but afterward never revert us back
After 5th Feb I have called so many time HCL call center, but they never provide me any other complaint number. Even I have spoke to so many Team Leader, But still get the same reply
Kindly investigate the matter and provide me justice.
