When i purchased hcl laptop .i saw that my laptop's speaker and web cam is damaged than they replaced it as uses my laptop after some time my laptop start on stucking and get hanged after some time and its very hard to work upon it i called them about my various problem hanging, late sartup but they didn't able to fix it they said that they will call me tommorow but i didn't get any call till now.they didn't care about the problem they jst fooling us..
