I made a complaint that my desktop has some problem and not working properly on 31/08 by complaint number 31810027. But more then 23 days has gone but it's not repaired till now. one technician name Shankar had come to my house before 10 days but he says hcl company do'nt have mouse and keyboard now. I think this is not HCL this a local company . and there after sales service is very poor.
