Sale of faulty products

Dear Sir,

I bought this HCL Tablet AM7-A1, code- 311dev000592 on the 1/2 but since then not a single day did I use my tablet properly. I have already been to the service centre thrice for getting it repaired but of no avail and moreover the service centre is far away from our place so again it takes half my day to do this job. The model shows that we can use it as a phone also but neither does it detect any sim card inserted nor does it gets connected to the wifi network.

We have spent Rs 15500 for this device but it seems that all my money has been drained. The HCL company is generating illegal revenue from selling such faulty products without any proper technical service center. I think we should put a stop to this kind of business making companies whose only idea is to fool their customers.

Please help me to resolve this problem and instruct HCL to either replace my product or return my money.
