Problem in mouse

Hello sir, i am manish. FROM BADLI ext. Near arya veer model school delhi-110042, i purchased my computer as on 14 oct.but due to some problem in mouse.i have already complaint regarding my mouse as on 13 sep but now nothing action has been taken by compliant authority.my exist complainty no is (ROH205), so i request to plz take corrective actoin as soon as.thanks
