My hcl ezeebee desktop is under Amc. A few weeks ago it developed a problem which turned out to be the fault of the motherboard. The company engineer has taken the Mb, ram and smps but even after two weeks of repeated calling, nothing has been done. I have been unable to use my computer for over month. In addition, I had complained about my cd writer almost 4 months ago. Even that has not been taken care of. Since I own other electronic devices, I can say that hcl after sales service is the worst I have ever seen
