Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a HCL Desktop in month of March' serial no-A103ACC45242. It stop working since 2 months ago as it need to be format the system. I tried to register the complaint in HCL complaint centre but whenever i called to HCL complaint centre the customer executive always transferred the call somewhere else. I really fed up by the way which customer care executive showed.
It is requested you to pls solve the problem as soon as possible as there is always need for system at home.
