Hcl call center is not sending any technician inspite of calling at call center no. 18601800425. my complaint id no. is 1900019342 for my desktop computer which was launched on 27 july 10. i have already spoken to the team supervisor mr snatan many times they are not provididng me the details of their higher officials in their heirarchy. its been more than a month inspite of being calling the call center, as they kept on promising that they are definitely going to send technician today, but that today has not yet came. i am definately going to sue HCL for this, and i will go to consumer court if my system is not going to be all right. as my system is not even 1 year old and its giving problem from the time its been purchased. and HCL is taking it very lightly. i have gone for a branded PC for the reason but now even thier software are not available and they are very very expensive. where as hcl can also load the operating system on my computer on a nominal charge of 350RS but there engineer are not visiting inspite of no. of calls has been given to the calll center.
