Not getting any response for gift

I have purchased HCL me Laptop from ESTERN LOGICA INFOWAY LTD dated 28.02.2011 cash memo no--EL/1011/100754 . S/L no:-7101AE039332 and i won a camera. The shop authority told me to maintain some procedure and i did the same but after 4month i did not get any support from the shop and also the company. Please help.
