Service negligence

Hi, this is sandeep singh I send the hardisk to hcl (product #l-54) to be repaired/replaced on 31st of july with the receipt # 3928. Since than hcl never tried to get back to me on the issue and always received same answers on all my calls that it will take 1-2 days.

Its been 40 days now and iam getting the same answer. I would also like to add that due to this issue i had to postpone my computer cource twice.
