Dear Sir,

This is very disappointed to say that I have taken a Laptop from your company (HCL). I have taken this laptop on 12/10 and within 2month I have to go your service center 3times, So now you can understand that how much problem I am facing to tack your laptop. Recently my laptop DVD is not working properly so again I have to go your service center on (9/12) to check it out what exactly problem is there, they told me that DVD driver has to change and they give me 5days waiting time for change DVD multimedia. But after 6day left they told me that it will take more day to change DVD multimedia. Why should I suffer always for waiting and going your service center and always calling to your customer care and your service center?

Sir, this not fair deal, I paid full payment in one shot to use laptop for my work not paying for your experiment box.

So either you change my laptop or return my money back witch I pay you and also compensation for harassing me always. Otherwise I have go CONSUMER FOREUM for my ignoring complain.
