Hcl me laptop
Serios Problem

Hi,

I bought a HCL Me laptop last year in August. For the last two months, I am facing a serious problem in it. After working for almost half an hour on the laptop, it automatically gets switched off and a blue screen appears showing some messages and a code at last. And for the last week, I am unable to even switch it on. So please help me ASAP as HCL is a big brand and hope they will not let me down.
