I have purchased a HCL ME Laptop core i3 in MAY with offer of 2 year extra subscription of McAfee Anti Virus, in this regarding I have followed up with HCL customer care centre from more than 20days, they have asked for mail for the same I have forwarded it before 20days but there is no reply from there SPECIAL PROMOTION of HCL.My laptop Serial No. 3111AE775338.
