WEBCAM PROBLEM

Dear Sir,

I hav above referred model of HCL NOTEBOOK. There is a problem in working of my webcam. as whenever my i talk on internet wid video n both the webcams r on. The moment my webcam gets started both the webcams r hanged on n no video z broadcasted during the call. is there any problem with the webcam driver. I tried to gets call helpline no. 011-66094444 but thyis no. never gets connected. Kindly prpvide some another helpline no. also
