I have purchased a HCL Web Camera USB 1.1 VGA 1.3 MP from Deep Enterprises, 659, Old lajpat Rai Market Chandni Chowk Delhi 110 006 (Ph 23863105) Vide their bill No 4805 dated 22 June 10 for Rs.700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred only) on 22 June. Inspite of repeated efforts the Camera could not installed in my computer even after tried in another computer. Everywhere it is showing in the computer that the USB can not be recognised. On very next day I have approached the above delaer for rectification or exchange the same with another one. The dealer stateway refused and told me that you may go to Nehru Place HCL Office and they will solve your problem. Accordingly I went to HCL Office at Nehru Place but they are also directed me to another office in Okhala from their other office in Okhala (two Offices) and finally told me to go NOIDA office and they will solve your problem. Accordinly I have make call to NOIDA office then they told me that they are not aware of HCL web Camera. I have run pillar to post for near about one week but no furitfull result has come out.
Now it it is requested that advice me to how I will rectify/exchange or refund cost of my web camera as it is within the warrenty period.
