This has reference to the Laptop model CQ61-312-TV, VV284PA & Serial no. CNF9389DIM, which was purchased in the month of November From HP World, KG-1/411, Main Market, Vikaspuri. Due to the poor battery backup unit was submitted to HP authorized service centre, (RT Outsourcing Services Ltd.) Rama Road, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi, vide Token no. L-33, case no. KN2092. on 20.02.2010
I, with great disappointment, am writing this mail to inform that laptop has not been delivered to me even after 20 days. Fail to understand the reason, why HP is not able to give after sales support for a unit which was purchased hardly 3 months back.
First of all it is very unfortunate that I had to visit HP service center, with in two months of purchase, as the back-up of the unit was only last upto 1 hr. Service center confirm that battery is showing in good condition but at the same time agree that backup is only for 1 hr hardly. Now I am refused to get a battery replacement. I have totally lost faith in HP.
Can some one help how to proceed further to get the unit repaired back?
