Sir, on 26oct i purchase a hp laptop, after 2 days it was not working properly it touch pad doesn't work properly and had some hardware problems, also BIOS problem on 1nov i summit my laptop to hp service center and want to replace my laptop to new one because my laptop is under 1 year warranty period (if there is any problem regarding hardware my laptop would be change as given warranty by hp company) but 2 weeks have been passed no further action is taken by hp company AND THEY ALSO TREAT US VERY ROUGHLY, SIR I REQUEST TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST HP BECAUSE THEY SELLS DEFECTIVE PIECES
