Egarding dvd drive

I bought a loptop n the month of feb .with ih the month of nov i found that my dvd drive is not working . i submitted my laptop on 18 0f december they did not given my laptop back and and saying that prty is waiting... i am havng financial loss due to this // so please favour me for this .. alok kuma
