My gift has not been delivered

Sir,

i bought a hp pavilion laptop on 30th june.at tha time there was a students notebook offer by which i could get a philips 2gb mp3 video player if i sent them a dd of rs.1399. its been 8 months and nothing has happened.i have not got my gift and no where abouts it either.

kindly do the needful.
