After I used my laptop for some fine 2 years one day it surddenly shutted down and never started again. The service centre people after making daily excuses for 6 months finally denied the service. They said sorry we could not repair it, and when I claimed why they misbehaved with me.
I enquired about the laptop model and came to know from external sources that everyone was facing the same problem because of a wrong design. Which meant that this model was a fail.
I mailed hp several times but got no reply.
I am a student and this has costed me huge please help.
