I bought my hp pavalion dm4 laptop on 22 of february.a/c to hp my gift (wireless mouse, stereo head phone, 4gb pen drive) should have been reached to me by 10th of april.but it didnt.i had sent them more than 20 emails regarding this.first they made exuses of non availability of gift items in their inventory.but for last few days they have stopped responding to my mail.so if you please can help me in getting my gift, that would be very kind of you.otherwise i would not suggest anyone in my surroundings to buy any product of HP. the company of HP status does not suit such type of behaviour with their customers. gift id no.
