Did not got my gifts

A month ago i bought a HP laptop.. there were some promotional gifts which the company was giving .i.e

a wireless headphone, a wireless mouse and a 4 GB pen drive...

i had complained about many a timesbut they havn't responded to it.

i also contacted the dealer but he also not helping me out...

I am need of these products so kindly elp me out...
