Attery replacement

I am rakesh rajan from chidambaram. I purchaged pavilion dv5 1217AX model laptop in month of may.

Now i have battery problem in my laptop. I took my taptop to pondicherry hp service centre on 30.01.2010 where they found battry is poor. As my laptop is in warrenty period, they told the battery will be replaced within a week but now 15 days are already passed, whenever i call them they says we have no battery, we will inform you when battery comes. I want to know what kind of services you are providing and when i will receive new battery. My token no is NB8 and case no is 4609887425.
