I have purchased laptop model HP Pavilion DV6-6164TX (A4D54PA) on 13 November 11 From dealer Tilak Road : 1-Indra Chemers, 1549-B, Opp Maharashtra Mandal, Sada Shiv Peth Pune. 1st fault occurred on 22 December 11 Webcam not Working, Webcam replaced by service center took 8 days for replacement again 2nd fault occurred on 24 Jan 12 Wi-fi not getting connected, during servicing it was fond 4gb RAM is U/S and service center assured for replacement of the same till date laptop is in service center. I am not satisfied as my M.B.A study is hampered and caused mental harassment by giving defective piece and inferior quality product by HP. I have no choice other than filing the case against dealer/company or I want replacement for my piece... From the date of purchase it has not solved my any purpose till date after spending Rs.39, 500/- rather than disturbing my studies and also dealer has cheated us by giving substandard accessories, once the accessories were not provided by company why so dealer has made the scheme for attracting the customer as on date all the accessories are U/S...
