I purchased HP Pavilion Laptop DV5-1102TO (Sl No. CNF84411D3) on 25 Feb 09 through Creaitive Systems, GIC Link Road, ithoragarh (Uttarakhand) (Reg No. FYPTS 5475) vide their invoce No 726 dated 25 Feb 09 for Rs. 45, 500/- As per plan a home theater system was to be given to me as gift, for which I submitted a D/D SL N. 266855 dated 26 Feb 09 of SBI for Rs. 1499/- in favour of SOLUTIONS INTEGRATED MARKETTING PVT LTD, payable at SBI New Delhi (code No 07687).
The subject gift is not delivered to me till date.
