I ball 5.1 chanel speaker
Faulty remote

I bought i ball 5.1 channel booster speaker on 7 th January but there was some problem with its remote which buttons were not working properly after that i had gone to yout authorised service centre i.e BEST IT WORLD (I) PVT LTD having office at B - 3, Ashok Bhawan, 93 Nehru Place New Delhi - 19 for replacement. They told me that the remote is out of stock we will provide the same after four days and issued a replacemnt challan no. 10654 dtd 18.01.2010.

i called up on 22 jan they told me that they have not received their stuff please call after two days after that its their daily routine, after 10 days i am getting the same message from them.
