Misbehave and poor service

I purchase a Window LG Airconditioner of 1.5 ton from OM AIRTECH, 54, Elliot Road Kolkata-700 016, Phone No. 2229-1906/2217-6832 on 05/04. After 5 days i complain for non working of Remote. His perpon collect the remote and repediatly i call him for replace the remote, every time Mr. parekh Properietor of the firm misbehave with me, I request for Remote and he give me time and time. At last i send my staff to collect the Remote, he replace the Remote with a old Remote, after that i got same problem in the Remote. Till date not any servicing doing by him, free srvice of first qurater due on or before 05/07. kindly look into the matter and relace the Remote with new remote and send the person for doing first service.
