Pendrive Capacity Low

Hi, I have purchased a Kingston 4GB pen drive on last week. My pen drive capacity shows 3.65GB only.. I compare to other kingston pen drive it shows 3.84 GB..And i m also format my pendrive after it shows 3.64GB tell me what should i do. How can i rectify my capacity error i want 3.84 GB... Pls help me...
