We had purchased an ASUS laptop from this retailer and they had assured us after sales service as that was the only requirement we had since we cannot afford to have the laptop in non working condition and would impact our business. We took a recommended brand from LAptop garage sales person - ASUS. From the day one we started facing problem of keyboard bulged out which when shown to the technical person told us that its and internal hardware problem while the owner told us its known problem from ASUS. Also there was a problem of microphone not working properly on which the owner decreased the level of microphone which solved the problem of irritating sound but the microphone never worked and it was related to the OS installed which they could not find it out. Also they behave as if once they sell a laptop its done for them and every time they ask us to contact customer support. At one point of time we were fed up of getting the laptop every time to their shop and I requested them to send a representative which they agreed to do so next day. One week gone and i thought of calling them for follow up on which they told they just forgotten it and asked me to contact ASUS customer care center. Very pathethic service, not recommended and not advisable to ones atleast who run their businesses. For 2 months I had been facing problem of one or other kind. I know its ASUS fault but why did LAptop garage check the piece at their end before purchasing and also after sales service very bad and non co-opertive
