Sir, jab maine ye desktop purchase kiya ta.tab company ne ak scheme nikali te ki some document barkar bejne par aapko ak mp3 playrer or ak head phne free me gift diya jaiyga.meine unki sari request complete kar di.uske baad unka ak e-mail ayay ta ki aapka regt.is succesfull ho gaya hai.aapko within six weeks me gift mill jaige, par after six weeks beet jane par be mujhe gift nahi mile. maine unko kai baar tri kiya par wo kahne lage ki aapka regt, incomplete hai. maine unko batya ki aapka e-mail mere apss ayay ta jisme company ne order id be diya ta. par wo kahte hae ki ab kuch nahi ho sakta hai. phir maine legal notice beja uske baad mujko ek month ke baad gift mele, par maine unko kaha ki mera bangalore me baat karne aur legal notice bejne me money karch hui hai. aur mugko compensate milna chaiya jo meni legal notice me demand raki te.par wo mujko kuch be nahi de rahe hai. kya me ab consumer couart me jau, please sugges me.mani mail be dali jo is parkar hai.
