Ought lenovo laptop 3000 series g430 last year July. Since the time I have bought it, I have replaced all it parts from mouse pad to keyboard, screen, Cd writer, battery and now mother board.
The service station in pune and delhi have been contacted. I am so unhappy with the product as despite all this my laptop is not functioning and the service station in pune has been giving me a tough time by not able to resolve the problem. every time I take it there a new problem occurs and the people are blaming me. When the laptop is not working, how can I spoil. I gave them this time to replace the screen, in the process they have spoilt the battery and the mother board has been replaced and my laptop is yet not working. I am unsure of the services being provided and if they are using genuine parts. As i am a student it is highly inconvenient for me to visit the service station again n again and since 3 months I have not used my laptop 1 day as well.
Hope u can get me some relief from Lennovo... I would like a refund on the laptop and the amount I have spent in getting this repaired.
