I have purchased a Lenovo X61s notebook from IBM - Lenovo Dubai.
Additionally i purchase 2 GB RAM and protection warrenty for 3 years.
System having heating issue from day one, service centre people has already replaced the FAN two times, but still the same issue is going on.
Because of overheating i can see some
- hairline cracks in palm area, breezer,
- display screen losse moving almost 5 mm
- all the system locks screws get loose
- Battery got faulty because of always operating in high temprature
After placing many requests, service centre people unable to fix the problem.
I still have 3 month warrenty.
Send many mails to SMC centre but no response.
Please exedite this and impose a penalty on service provider and fix the problem.
