I had purchased Lenovo laptop from Lenovo dealer Laptech Solutions Pvt Ltd, Pune on
15th Jul. My laptop details are as,

There was scheme of "free 2 years additional warranty" and same was offered
to me by lenovo dealer. As per dealers advise, I had updated necessary data on Lenovo website
for warranty claims and I immediately received document stating redemption code RED7401978117564.
Then after, I didn't receive any communication or documents from Lenovo. Attached please find
copy of letter stating redemption code, purchase invoice and scheme of warranty offered to me.
Now, I am facing basic functioning issue with the laptop. When I approached to lenovo service center in Pune,
they didn't entertain my claim stating laptop is out of warranty. When I shown all these documents to them,
they advised me to write to Lenovo to update warranty period in their system. I requested lenovo to update
their system for two years warranty from the date of purchase to enable their service center to process my claim. Now Lenovo is not entertaining my request & denied to update the warranty without valid reason.
