Dear Team,
I has purchased a laptop of Lenovo G550 series from one of your showroom which is located in secundrabad, Hyderabad. The laptop was purchased on 21/09 and after installation of Windows 7 operating system it was working fine. But after 3 days the problem has stated. When ever i use laptop in between there was a blue screen then I needed to restart it again and on 1st of October the laptop has started giving problem. It took nearly 2 hours to start the laptop and the process was very slow.
I has raised a complaint with ur customer care they have given me a complaint no and with that complaint no i has visited your authorised service centre. The technical engineer over there told that it was a problem with Hard disk & ODD (DVD RW) needs to be replaced.
Its not been even a month i has purchased my laptop and it stats troiubling me. Thats the reason i want replacement of my laptop as soon as possible as iam not satisfied with the laptop which i has purchased froim ur show room.
When i spoke to ur customer care no they told me to mark a mail. But after several emails i has not received reply for mails.
