I ordered a black Reebok laptop bag from 99labels. To the best of my understanding in online shopping if the product is available it appears in catalog before ordering and if not available the product qty says 0 and shopper is not allowed to select in first place, Same s there in case of 99 lables as well. There were products where stock was over and it said SOLD OUT and we were not able to slect. Howweer I selected a product which I was allowed to as there ws avaiability. it was black Reebok laptop bag. This was on first week of June. Payment was done around same time. There was some confusion on the picture wich got cleared and on 13th of June I was assured delivery will happen within 20 working days.
Now after 25 working days I am being told that product is not available in stock and money will get refuunded.
