UPS NOT WORKING

I have purchased a UPS on 2009 MODEL "HERITAGE". Model No- HGE600AZ, Sl. No- 9CUPNB270649. As per our previous request, your service person came on 18th Aug and repaired but no fruitful result come yet. It can't contain backup mother than 3 seconds when power is off. So, send your Service concern with proper equipment and repair the UPS as quick as possible.
