I purchased a new moserbaer pen drive 4 GB, after using it for one month pen drive crashed, As the product was under warranty I went to service centre ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICES LIMITED BHOPAL on dated 19/07.They assured me that my product will be replaced in a month or two.
Till now after many phone calls and personal visits the replacement is not yet available.
On further inquiry the company has not given me any satisfactory reply but the same answer to wait for their call.
I have the replacement receipt of the above company and even after a purchase I am unable to have my own Pen drive.
Kindly intervene into the matter and relieve the distressed.
