Hcl laptop
Problem in RAM

Sir,

I am using a HCL Laptop model no.2064AX016804.

Its RAM is not functioning properly since 1 month.

It is written lifetime warranty over the RAM Chip.

It ia 256MB DDR chip.

Can u please tell me where should i go so as to get my

problem solved???
