-- I purchased this Laptop 29 Sept and and 6 months old and i have not moved this or carried to any place as this is my personal laptop. its surprising to see without a drop or scratch the display is damaged..
-- I am not sure if this piece by mistake have some quality issue which i strongly believe it is..
-- There is no external chasy damage or scratch.
-- HP channel folks completely denied my hearings and they are insisting to pay for the LCD screen which is highly absurd.
-- This shows HP's poor quality testing towards the laptop.
-- Pls advice
