Non receipt of the redemption gifts which is duly promised on the purchase of the COmpaq Product. Though the company proves itself to be a No 1 Brand in the sale for computers and peripherals but still the QOS of customer service is not tot he standards. In the world of gizmos and state of art technology getting a small gift has become a distant dream.. Dont know when i will receive the same..Keepin mY fingers crossed
