In my pc the headphone's mike is not working. There is some problem in it's hardware. But this mike is working on other computers. There has to be an inbuilt internet modem in this pc but the net cannot be connected by telephone.
When we purchased it, the speed was very good, but now the it has become extremely slow. It used to come that this copy of windows is not genuine however we resolved it.
