I purchase a LED Moniter under Brand AOC, on 13th may the company claim that this product have 3 years onside warranty, while from 14th june my Display device (i.e, LED Monitor AOC 20") not working properly. But when I am making the complain they said "send the photo how the problem is viewing" secondly they said "if I have no Mobile Number then they cannot give me the sevice".
the finally they said when the sevice man make you phone on you land line you must present their".
Is this conversation mean that they have an intention to giving on site warranty?
