I have already made complaint regarding my Total water Purifiction (RO) system not functioning thr' on line complaint. No response fm ur office. It shows that customer complaint is being taken so lightly and neglecting. During the tenure of warranty intentionly u r avoiding attending the complaint where free replacement can not be undertake. Unless there is no response tmrr, i have not option to make complaint in consumer court which is being regular action for u.
