I had purchased Eureka- Total water purification- REVIVA on 14.11.10 vide ch. 951747/.Till Date No invoice has been recd. Committment regarding Free service not been done. I have problem with Water over flowing where the automatic cutoff function not working. Various attempt were made to ur office, obsolutely no respomse.
Arrange to send somebody to rectify the same. If the non- response attitude continues even after this complaint, i have no option to go legally with cunsumer forum
