Aqua guard purifier out of orde

There is no response from the area manager mr kishore holding mobile no:9819607561, who is incharge of the colaba area for taking care of the complaints for aqua guard purifier. It has been almost 2 months since the technician has checked for the faulty pump in the unit who was supposed to replace it and after several call also he is not bothered to send the part or the technician to fix this unit. And to bring in to your notice this is an Institute Where the children will be affected without functional purifier.
